Condition & appearance
As a used container, cosmetic wear is expected. You may notice surface rust, dents, patches, or faded paint. These signs of use do not affect structural integrity or weather-tight performance.
Delivery
We offer flexible delivery and pickup options for your container. Containers can be delivered using tilt-and-load trailers through our trusted local delivery partners, or you may arrange your own delivery or pick up the container directly from the yard. Delivery quotes are available upon request.
Site preparation
- Clear access Ensure unobstructed, straight access for the delivery truck to reach the drop-off location.
- 20ft clearance requirement A 20ft container typically requires approximately 90 linear feet of straight clearance for offloading.
- Level ground recommended Level placement helps doors stay aligned and open smoothly without binding.
- Optional wood supports Many customers place two 6" x 6" wood blocks (8–9 ft long) at each end. Containers are designed to carry weight on the four corners.
Timing & storage
We allow one week to move purchased containers out of the storage yard. If you need more time, that’s fine, after one week, storage fees apply until it is picked up (unless otherwise arranged).
